Please double-check your shipping address (or your gift recipient’s) before placing an order. Once it’s submitted, we cannot change it—no exceptions.

Candles, Sprays, Melts, and Gift Sets (Handmade In-House):
‱ Economy: 5–8 business days — $10
‱ Standard: 3–4 business days — $15
‱ Free Economy Shipping on all orders over $75

Printed-On-Demand Apparel & Totes (Shipped Separately):
‱ Printed just for you and shipped from a separate facility
‱ Shipping is calculated at checkout and does not count toward your $75 free shipping threshold
‱ These items arrive separately from your candles


đŸ”„ DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?
Please inspect your items upon arrival and contact us within 24 hours if anything is broken, incorrect, or defective. We’ll make it right—but only if we hear from you quickly.

📼 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE?

If your tracking says “Delivered” but your package is missing:

‱ First, check with neighbors or nearby doors.
‱ Still missing? This is a USPS issue—you’ll need to file a claim directly with your local post office or at USPS.com.
‱ We cannot refund or replace packages that USPS marks as “Delivered” unless a USPS claim is filed.

Processing times are not the same as shipping times. Handmade orders may take 2–5 days to prep before shipping. Print-on-demand merch ships on its own schedule.
